Take a look at our Key Dates document on the website to find out any key events coming up this term, as well as any documents attached to this class page that may be useful for the year ahead.

If you require any extra information aside from what you can find on the website - please do not hesitate to get in touch.

PE this term will be on a Friday afternoon for indoor and then on a Tuesday afternoon for outdoor, however it would be useful if children had their kits in throughout the week incase of any changes.

Spring Term - This term our topic takes a grographical focus as we learn all about continents around the world and a range of geographical skills. We will start the topic by taking a fieldtrip out into our local area and then branching further afield when learning about the Northern / Southern Hemisphere, Antarctica, OS Maps, Compass Points and lines of Longitude / Latitude. In addition, we will supplement our learning with some history work on learning about key historical explorers of the world; including Ernest Shackleton.
